Ankle & Foot Strengthening
The exercises in this video are designed to strengthen the muscles on the bottom of your feet. These muscles are known as your plantar fascia. Exercising and stretching your plantar fascia through vigorous massage will give you foot-pain relief, and strengthen the muscles of your feet over time.

These exercises are designed to strengthen your arches and ankles as well. If done correctly, they will also exercise and tone your inner thigh and calf muscles and the benefits will travel up your kinetic chain, improving overal health, balance and mobility.
